This past week I did a multitude of activities for school, specifically ISM. I met with my mentor to figure out final product ideas, did a research assessment and finished my final product proposal. For my mentor interview, Mrs.Aporta and I met at the Aussie Grind, a coffee place in Frisco and over a wonderful cup of coffee we discussed everything I needed in order to conduct a successful final product. For my research assessment I basically described what had gone on in my interview. My favorite part was when Mrs.Aporta and I had connected over a single cup of coffee. We talked about our family members being in the military and most importantly how this project is deep within our hearts. The hardest part of my week was probably getting my final product proposal done. It needed to incorporate sections for an introduction, skills and research, methodology, materials, and a conclusion. The most difficult part was the methodology section. After reading what I wrote I realized I needed to get many things approved such as approval from a middle school, my mentor, 22kill, and a veteran hospital in Dallas. I hope in the next week or so, I am able to start my final product and see where it takes me! Have a great week everyone!
