Blog #13

Last week I officially finished my original work. After staying up late at night, waking up early in the morning, and reading so many articles I finished my original work and I’m really proud of myself. I also realized that I drink a lot of coffee and I should probably stop doing that. Anyway, I remember reading so many news articles over the topic of suicide. I was also aware of different types of mental illnesses that ultimately lead to suicide. In the military the most common cause of suicide is PTSD from wartime experiences. I would like to spread awareness to the topic of suicide because the rates are only increasing. Even though new programs have been created, these programs can not be offer globally therefore increasing suicide rates across the nation. Also, after this Friday I get to go on winter break and I am super duper excited! I plan on studying for my ACT or SAT, spending time with my family, and definitely work on my display board. For my display board I would like to do a camouflage theme because after all. my topic for ISM is military psychology. My goal is to finish it before school starts again in January so it doesn't look messy and I am able to express my artistic abilities. Stay tuned for next week fellas!
